Tetiana Kolesnykova is the leader of numerous projects related to OA, OS, OER. She has published more than 100 scientific papers and developed module "Scientific Information Systems and Scientometrics" for PhD students. She is the supervisor of many research projects such as: "University library and the transformation of the scholarly communication system", "Advocacy work of the Scientific Library to advance Open Education in Ukraine", to name a few.  She is head of the organising committee of the international conference "University Library at a New Stage of Social Communications Development" and Head of the Section of the University Libraries of the Ukrainian Library Association. Coordinator of the Ukrainian community in the European Network of Open Education Librarians (ENOEL; SPARC Europe). ‘Open Resilience Award’ from Open Education Global-2022 (USA).
