This feedback report consolidates the findings from five national upskilling workshops which addressed the following topics:
- employability, focusing on the integration of international students, and supporting youth employment;
- mental well-being, addressing student mental health through physical support mechanisms;
- accessibility for print-disabled users;
- information integrity, equipping staff to counter disinformation in wartime; and
- information overload in high-stress environments.
